Q1: Are you a trading company or factory?

A: We’re manufacturing & trading Combo Company. We have our own factories, we also source from other collaborative factories too which guarantees competitive price and product varieties.

Q2: How do you guarantee quality?

 A: We have a professional inspection team who will follow up the procedures from raw material selecting, cutting, surface finishing,edge processing, packing and loading into the containers. Each step will be recorded by pictures or videos.

Q3: Do you accept retail order? What is the minimum quantity you require?

A: Yes, we do accept retail order. We sell to wholesaler, retailer and individual, with different price policy. No minimum order requirement.

Q4: What’s the lead time?

Production: Normally, it takes around 20-30 days for one container. Stock products is around one week.

Q5: How many sqm could load in a 20ft container (27 ton)?

Normmally, around 950M2 for cut-to-size in 1CM thickness; 450M2 for 2CM thickness; 320M2 for 3CM thickness. Final will be subject to the products.

Q6: Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes, free sample with freight collected.
